Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)

1. These Terms apply to all aspects of the relationship between users and us regarding the use of the Service.
2. In addition to these Terms, we may establish various rules and regulations ("Individual Provisions") for the use of the Service. Regardless of their names, these Individual Provisions shall constitute a part of these Terms.

Article 2 (Service Content)

The Service is a platform for collecting and displaying fishing catch information. Main features include:

• Automatic collection and display of catch reports from boat operator blogs
• AI-powered extraction and analysis of catch data
• Registration of favorite boats and species (for registered users)
• Catch alert notifications (for registered users)

Article 3 (User Registration)

1. Some features of the Service can be used as a guest without registration.
2. Those wishing to register shall do so using Email/Password or Google accounts.
3. We may not approve user registration if we determine that the applicant:
   • Has provided false information
   • Has previously violated these Terms
   • Is otherwise deemed inappropriate for registration by us

Article 4 (Prohibited Acts)

Users shall not engage in any of the following acts when using the Service:

• Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
• Acts related to criminal activity
• Acts that destroy or interfere with the servers or network functions of the Service
• Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Service
• Acts of collecting or accumulating personal information about other users
• Acts of unauthorized access or attempts thereof
• Acts of impersonating other users
• Acts of providing benefits directly or indirectly to antisocial forces in connection with the Service
• Acts that infringe on intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy, reputation, or other rights or interests of us, other users of the Service, or third parties
• Acts of automatically collecting large amounts of data from the Service (scraping, etc.)
• Other acts deemed inappropriate by us

Article 5 (Suspension of Service)

1. We may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice to users if we determine that any of the following reasons exist:
   • When performing maintenance or updates of the computer system related to the Service
   • When provision of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fires, power outages, or natural disasters
   • When computers or communication lines are stopped due to an accident
   • When we determine that it is difficult to provide the Service for any other reason
2. We shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage incurred by users or third parties due to the suspension or interruption of the Service.

Article 6 (Intellectual Property Rights)

1. Intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to us or third parties with legitimate rights.
2. Copyrights of catch information displayed in the Service belong to each boat operator or information provider. We are in a position to quote and introduce information and do not claim rights to the original works.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

1. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the catch information provided in the Service.
2. Catch information is automatically extracted by AI and may contain errors. Please be sure to contact each boat operator directly before actual fishing trips.
3. We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users due to the Service, except in cases of our intentional or gross negligence.
4. We shall not be liable for any transactions, communications, or disputes between users or between users and third parties.

Article 8 (Changes to Service Content)

We may change, add, or discontinue the content of the Service with prior notice to users, and users shall consent to this.

Article 9 (Changes to Terms)

1. We may change these Terms without individual consent of users in the following cases:
   • When the change to the Terms is in the general interest of users
   • When the change to the Terms does not contradict the purpose of the Service use contract and is reasonable in light of the necessity of the change, the reasonableness of the content after the change, and other circumstances related to the change
2. We will notify users in advance of the change to the Terms, the content of the Terms after the change, and the effective date of the change.

Article 10 (Handling of Personal Information)

We will handle personal information obtained through the use of the Service appropriately in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. The interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by Japanese law.
2. In the event of any dispute regarding the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of our head office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
